Welcome to the Healthcare Leaders Association of Texas

Founded in 1973 the Healthcare Leaders Association of Texas is a statewide premier association for professional administrators and leaders of medical group practices. The organization is comprised of approximately 500 members who work in a variety of practice settings - rural and urban, from practices with one physician to over one hundred.

Mission Statement

Healthcare Leaders Association of Texas is strongly committed to fulfilling its mission of:

  • Fostering the professional development of its members through education and networking opportunities.
  • Enhancing the image of medical group practice leaders in the effective delivery of healthcare services.
  • Representing the interest of our membership in policy-making activities through advocacy at the state level.
